How Dependent On Technology Are You?

Technology has very much become a part of everyones daily lives.

Let’s take a look at a phone for instance. It is not just used for phone calls anymore it has become so much more than that. It has become the alarm clock, the different apps allow for you to get anything done online from shopping, to training and cooking tips. It has become the planner, scheduler and reminder for most people that without them most people are not able to go about their day.

Where am I going with this?

January 31st and  I have only today picked up my 2023 diary because there is still a part of me that does things old school and needs to write things out.

That is how dependent on technology i have become.
