Deaf and blind man completes skydive at 14,000ft

38-year-old deaf and blind Alec Creighton jumped from an aircraft at 14,000ft to raise money fior charity.

Creighton is about to have a cochlear implant fitted, was advised that he would not be able to skydive after the procedure, so he completed the jump before surgery.

Young Creighton is from Derby and is raising money for Crohn’s disease and Colitis UK after his diagnosis in 2010.

He jumped in Langar, Nottinghamshire and sdaid the he was nervous before taking he leap.
