Celine Dion has sold her four-bedroom, 12-bathroom home in an ultra-exclusive Las Vegas community for $30 million, according to property records—as the singer inadvertently profits off the surge in home prices in Southern Nevada over the past several years..

Considering that Dion paid $9.2 million for the mansion in 2017, the off-market sale means the multi-platinum-selling singer more than tripled her investment. Though Dion, who shared her diagnosis of Stiff Person Syndrome last year, she spent years on its renovation.

Maybe she didn’t want to be “all by herself” in a 31,000-square-foot mansion.
