Beyoncé and Jay-Z reportedly purchased the most expensive mansion in California.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z  are certainly among the most powerful in show business. Everything they touch turns to gold and it comes as no surprise to learn that they have decided to buy what would currently be considered the most expensive house in California.

According to reports the real estate property located in the exclusive area of Malibu (Los Angeles County) that allegedly cost the couple around 200 million dollars.

The house was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, has an area of over 2700 square metres (about 30,000 square feet) and is situated on an eight-acre promontory overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Beyoncé and Jay-Z reportedly even got a bargain, as the original listing of the property would have been around $295 million.

For Beyoncé and Jay-Z, this would be the second major purchase in the city of Los Angeles. In 2017, the golden couple had already purchased a mansion in Bel-Air for around $88 million.
