Quebec enforcing Health tax to those residents who are unnvaccinated against Covid 19.

Now Quebec has seen it’s highest rise in Covid 19 cases and now they are proposing a health tax for it’s residents if they aren’t vaccinated. They are doing this to help bring those numbers down, do you think it’s a good idea and would it be possible to enforce this here in Fiji.
