The boys of Insideout did a surprise ‘pop up’ show at the place in which the 3 original members would first meet at in what is now Brother Lambert Hall back in 2004 as they got ready for their first day of year 9 at Marist Brothers High School. Forming a friendship and brotherhood that would lead them to becoming many years later, what is now one of, if not the, premium Fijian bands our country has to offer. Kuki took to Social Media to explain the experience:
Giving Back

Today was a monumental one

My brothers InsideOut Fiji and I made a surprise visit to Marist Brothers High School for a pop up show.
We planned with the madam Vice Principal a week ago and sought permission to do a surprise performance for the students during assembly, simply to give back to school. An institution that founded the band by default. Before we journey onto more bigger stages around the world, it’s just right that we look at our humble beginnings, where we met and where our brotherhood bond was forged.
We also took this opportune time to speak to the students about substance abuse, shed more light on drug awareness and encouraged the young brothers and sons on the importance of hardwork, perseverance and determination

Todays performance will go down in our books as one of the best we’ve played

It was heartwarming to see the students reactions and hearing them sing our songs word for word
