Donate Organs For Less Jail Time

According to a proposed bill in Massachusetts, Inmates should be able to donate organs or bone marrow in exchange for reduced time in prison. Donors would receive at least 60 days but no more than one year off their sentences. Nearly 5,000 residents in Massachusetts are on an organ transplant waiting list. However, Critics warn the bill is unethical and preys on inmates’ desperation to get out of prison faster. This seems like  straight out of a horror movie!
