A woman who has undergone a dramatic plastic surgery transformation to look like a “real-Barbie” has left followers stunned with a snap of her face before going under the knife. Dalia Naeem, 29, is so keen to look like a living version of the iconic doll, it’s believed she’s undergone 43 plastic surgery procedures to copy her look.

As previously reported by The Star, Dalia, who works as a presenter and actress in her home country of Iraq, recently shared a video of her face on Instagram, showing off her most recent surgical enhancements.
