Madonna Health Scare

Madonna (64) left her millions of fans around the world breathless after suddenly being admitted to the hospital. According to the latest reports, she has returned home, however, and seems to be feeling better. An official statement reads: “A full recovery is expected.”

CNN and BBC state that the singer is “resting, feeling better and following doctors [sic] orders.” She was in intensive care but has been released from the hospital. Madonna was taken to her residence in New York by private ambulance, and “she’s in the clear”.

According to TMZ, the singer battled a low-grade fever for a month before being admitted to intensive care. The Queen of Pop ignored the discomfort and avoided going to the doctor due to her busy schedule and the strenuous rehearsals for her tour… But then, everything went wrong.

As reported by several media, the 64-year-old singer was found unconscious by her team’s staff.

After being transferred to a hospital, the diagnosis was that Madonna had a bacterial infection. She was forced to remain admitted to the intensive care unit.

Guy Oseary, her representative, informed the world of what happened. He only did so several days later, through Instagram.

“Her health is improving, however she is still under medical supervision. A full recovery is expected,” the representative commented on social media.
