Apple says goodbye to ducking hell

Apple’s now infamous autocorrect feature which has consistently changed one of the most used expletives to “duck”, is finally set to change.The tech giant will now incorporate AI into its next software update which is due out in mid September. The AI is designed to detect when the swear word is supposed to be used, and thus learn the context in which the word usually appears. Speaking in more detail about how it works, Craig Federighi says: “”In those moments where you just want to type a ducking word, well, the keyboard will learn it, too”.The hilarity that ensued because of the autocorrect feature, spawned countless memes and even an Instagram account. At least now we can look forward to autocorrect allowing us to express ourselves without taking the sting out of our tirades.
